Founder/President
Cynthia Evett Vail Lowe is the President of the newly formed company VAILOWE SOLUTIONS. The overall goal of this company is to connect clients to resources that give them results required to resolve the problem at hand. The client is then left with answers to challenges that leave them with inner peace and security.
As President of Vaillowe Solutions Ms. Vail Lowe operates in various capacities. She is a much-requested transformational speaker, life-coach, and author. Power Talks with Cynthia is a workshop series designed by Cynthia where the trending topics of today are discussed. THE POWER OF COLOR, THE FINAL ACT OF KINDNESS, AND KEYS TO SUCCESS are three of the most requested Power Talks. Cynthia’s coaching clients obtain immediate and permanent results. Included in the company’s coaching package are the strategies she used to move from a typist to Assistant Deputy Commissioner and retire with a six-figure income.
COMMUNITY LEGACY BUILDIERS, 501(c)(3) Host a variety of workshops designed to educate and empower, break down barriers, and inspire members of the community to the action. A WOMEN’S RESTREAT and FATHER’S MARKED PRESENT are two examples of programs created by this company.
The Women’s Restreat is an annual opportunity for Women to take a weekend to focus on their self- care. Our Father’s Marked Present demonstrate that men of color are in attendance concerning the lives of their children. This workshop is curated for men only.
In January 2025, a CLB quarterly newsletter and a monthly call for Father’s Marked Present will be established.
Cynthia is a life-long resident of Harlem in New York City She obtained a regent’s high school diploma and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Human Service Management. Retiring as an Assistant Deputy Commissioner after giving forty-one years of stellar service. Ms. Vail implemented many cost saving initiatives while employed. One resource continues to save the city ten million dollars annually. Cynthia’s greatest accomplishment is her daughter.
Although retired from city government she continued to play an active role by representing her former colleagues for six years in the elected position of Delegate at Large for the New York City Managerial Employees Association, a position she resigned from to pursue her various interests. The Managerial Employees Association honored Ms. Vail with an Outstanding Achievement Award for helping NYC MEA to advocate for diversity in the work force and pay parity for all NYC managers.
Author of the Final Act of Kindness; Preparing Financially for the inevitable is Ms. Vail first book. Ms. Vail-Lowe is currently working on a fifty-two-week journal titled Words of Inspiration, Her autobiography, A Love Letter to Harlem; look where he brought me from, through and to, and a gospel musical play called When Sunday Morning Comes.
